1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% service charge.
• No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will result in a full-service charge.

3. Service Limitations

• We do not handle hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or pest infestations.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, cluttered areas, or items that may be fragile or delicate.
• Our cleaners do not move heavy furniture unless previously arranged.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no extra charge.
• Refunds are not issued, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

5. Liability & Damages

• Our team is trained and insured, but in the event of accidental damage, we must be notified within 24 hours.
• Mighty Maids is not liable for pre-existing damages, lost items, or damage due to improper item placement.
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the service begins.

6. Access & Safety

• Clients must provide safe access to the property.
• Pets must be secured during cleaning.
• Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not share personal or property details with third parties.
• All client information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Mighty Maids reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
